Creating artful, heart-led floral designs is a journey, and we’re honored to embark on it with you. From the first spark of inspiration to the final touch of blooms on your special day, our process ensures every detail reflects your vision with care and artistry.
Inquire
It all begins with a inquiry. We’ll look over the details which leads us to our consultation. We start with an initial consultation to get to know you, your style, and your vision for your event or space. Whether you’re drawn to wild, nature-inspired arrangements or soft, whimsical designs, this step helps us understand the story you want to tell through flowers.
You’ll share key details like event date, location, color palette, and any design inspiration you have.
We’ll discuss your overall vision, must-haves, and even your favorite blooms to start shaping the big picture.

Proposal
Using insights from our consultation, we craft a bespoke proposal tailored to your unique event.
Floral Concept: A mood board or design outline showcasing the style, colors, and arrangements we’ll create.
Details: A breakdown of floral elements such as bouquets, centerpieces, installations, and any special touches.
Budget Transparency: A clear and detailed pricing structure that aligns with your preferences and priorities.

Booking & Planning
Once you’ve review and approve the custom proposal, we move into the planning phase and make it official with a 20% deposit and secure your date in our calendar.

Collaboration: We’ll keep in touch throughout the planning process to refine details, answer questions, and adapt to any changes.
Site Visits: If necessary, we’ll visit your venue to assess logistics and finalize placement for installations or other key floral elements.
Final Details: One month before your wedding, we'll reconnect with you or your wedding planner to gather final numbers and details and settle final payment

Day-of Wedding/Event
The magic comes to life on your big day! Our team handles every aspect of floral setup with precision and care.
We arrive on-site early to bring your floral vision to life, placing every arrangement and installation with an artist’s touch.
Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we ensure every detail is flawless, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
After the event, we handle teardown and cleanup of floral elements as agreed, leaving your space as beautiful as we found it.

We service most of Northern California, from the Bay Area, Sacramento, to South Lake Tahoe. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside of the Sacramento County/San Francisco area. For destination weddings, please inquire for more information.

Our delivery range is a 25 mile radius from our studio in Rancho Cordova, CA.

We do accept weekday micro weddings on a case-by-case basis, depending on our surrounding event schedule. For micro weddings or elopements, you’re welcome to inquire as early as two months in advance.

Due to the nature of flowers, we do not guarantee specific blooms due to the various factors from flower availibilty, seasonal items, or importing if needed. Our aim is to achieve your designated color palette and style. We will choose blooms that correlate.

Since all of our work is custom, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you encounter a quality issue with your flowers, please send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement. We’ll gladly replace it with a fresh piece. We kindly ask that you leave the original arrangement outside for pickup when we deliver the new flowers.

All fees, including credit card charges, will be detailed in your initial proposal. Setup and delivery costs are calculated as a percentage of your event subtotal and may adjust accordingly if you make upgrades or add to your floral order.
